Contact Us
One inbox, read by the editors
Everything reaches us at support@isuzuownersclub.com. That is the only address we use, there is no contact form, and there are no per-department aliases, since an alias would only mean the same editors reading the same mail with extra steps. The inbox is monitored and triaged daily by the editors who commission the work.
Put the purpose at the front of the subject line: correction, tip, pitch, advertising, privacy, or legal. Where a vehicle is involved, the model, the market it was sold in, the build year and the engine save a round of email. So does a fault code.
Corrections and factual errors
If we have got something wrong, this is the mail we want most. Say which article, quote the line, and tell us what the right version is and how you know. Technicians and owners with a scan tool have corrected us more than once.
Corrections are handled by an editor who was not the writer, and fixes are noted on the article rather than quietly edited in. Our corrections policy sets out what we amend, what we annotate, and how quickly.
Tips, pitches and press releases
Send tips about recalls, service campaigns, technical bulletins, model changes and faults that look like a pattern rather than one unlucky vehicle. What helps: the market, the build range, what your own vehicle or fleet is doing, and any documentation. A photograph of a dealer’s diagnostic printout beats paragraphs of description.
Pitches from writers should include what you own or work on, the argument and roughly the length. Press releases are read, and a release alone is not a story, so tell us who will answer questions. Our editorial standards explain how we verify any of it.
Confidential contact
If you work at a dealership, workshop, supplier or fleet and are telling us something you should not, do not send it from a work account or device. Email us first with nothing sensitive in it, say what you have, and we will agree a safer route before anything moves.
We publish no postal address and no phone number, and we run no profiles on any social platform, so an account, group or page using our name is not us whatever its description claims. Owners club impersonation is common enough to be worth stating.
Advertising, privacy and legal notices
Commercial enquiries go to the same address, and the editors pass them on without discussing them in editorial meetings. The rules that come with buying space, including what we refuse to sell, are on the advertise page. Data and privacy requests, including access and deletion, use the same inbox and are described in our privacy policy. Copyright complaints follow the process on our DMCA page.
Expect a reply within two working days for corrections and privacy requests, within about a week for pitches, tips and commercial mail, and slower after a large recall lands. What we cannot help with at all: warranty claims, recall registration and build sheet lookups, because we are an independent publication with no affiliation to Isuzu Motors Limited or its dealers and no power to act for them. Those belong with Isuzu or an authorised dealer, whose documentation outranks ours. We use names like D-Max and MU-X only to identify vehicles; they are trademarks of their owners and we claim none of them. Our purpose is helping owners understand their vehicles and find each other.
